Day 4

On Day four I felt slightly more tired in the morning than during the first three days, but I also slept less than usual.


Day 4's Intake:

- a banana-durian Smoothie

- a mixed salad with lamb's lettuce, batavia (I'm not sure if it's called like this in English as well... if not: it's a quite regular lettuce), avocado, red bell pepper, parsley and a lot of different sprouts


- a kiwi
- blueberries
- one package of Dr. Martin's coconut juice




- I made some Thai-flavoured sweetpotatoe pasta with red bell pepper, king trumpet mushrooms, parsley and coconut cream sauce



My training:

- 10 minutes warm up on the crosstrainer
- full body muscle workout
